Life Lessons

Life Lessons is our name for Bible Study. We changed the name because the Bible teaches us about our life and how we should live it through the word.The one thing we seem to forget is that in learning the word, you have to apply it also to your daily life. Therefore, life lessons was born, because each lesson from the Bible encourages us to live our best life, without the lessons of life we will not be able to accomplish our goals as Christians.In our life lessons class we study various christian authors along with the Bible comparing what the word says to the book we are studying. This allows us to apply our current situation along with the word bringing it up to date with the changing times of the world. Currently we are reading "Christ The Healer" by F. F. Bosworth, which is taught by our very own Kimberly Battle. Ms. Battle has been a Bible study teacher for over 20 years and has a technique that allows for the class to ask questions and also share various testimonies related to what we are reading. We have homework assignments and sometimes test to measure our understanding of what we read. You are welcome to join us every Wednesday at 7:00pm EST.
